| You won't even have to travel anywhere to find the venue for the Sunday social dance, as we'll be in Freemans Hall, one of the halls used in the workshops. It'll be a nice opportunity to practice some of what you've learned on the social floor, to some nice chilled out Sunday swing. |

1The beginning of a beautiful relationship with the dancefloor. For anyone who has either not danced Lindy Hop before or has been to a few lessons in their area. You are eager to learn beyond the basics of 8 and 6 beat footwork, and the thirst for moves gets greater by the day.Pre-requisites:
|
3You've now got quite a vocabulary of variations and tricks (leads and follows). You are gaining confidence in your technique, and using what you know to complement the music (not always just the beat) is not a daunting task, but a fun part of your now very regular social dancing. Tempo is now your friend, and something to play with, and jazz higher than 200bpm no longer strikes you with fear. You've now fairly likely been to a number of high level and possibly international workshops. Working for hours on your technique is a welcome prospect.Pre-requisites:

2You have now found your feet on the social dance floor, and you will probably have travelled to a few workshops. Keen to move on and get to more complex variations and plug away at some technique, you already know some charleston variations for 8 and 6 beat rhythms, and swing outs and Lindy turns are now a relatively comfortable part of your repertoire. The ideas behind leading and following are no longer alien concepts.Pre-requisites:
|
4*You are now amongst the top dancers in not only your area, but wider afield too. You regularly grace the social floor and very rarely dance the same way to the same song twice. You thrive on the opportunity of adding extra flair to the dance. Technique is a massive part of your learning, and you push yourself to go further, You have no trouble adapting to new moves and dancers, and can easily pick up new techniques and variations. You will most likely have been to various international Lindy Hop workshops, and even possibly will have done some teaching. You relish the prospect of learning at mental pace, and excitement hits you every time you get on the floor.Pre-requisites:
Nobody registering for level 4 is exempt from auditioning. There will also be an opportunity for those registering for level 3, but who fancy an extra challenge, to audition. More information can be found on the Terms page. |

Registration Cancellations |
| Up until four weeks before the camp begins (1st October 2011), we will be happy to give a refund should you wish to cancel your registration, with a full refund. If you decide to cancel your regstration after that and before 14 days prior to the commencement of the camp, you will be entitled to a half refund. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds after this period. |

Registration Transferring |
| Should you be unable to attend the camp, and wish to transfer your registration to someone else, please notify us immediately, as transfer of registration will only be valid with prior agreement from the organisers, and must be completed 14 days before the camp. All transfers should be to someone of the same role (lead/follow), and level. Initially, it will be your resposibility to find a replacement. Should you not be able to find a replacement, and if it is the case that a waiting list exists, then the organisers would suggest a transfer to a member of that list. |

Level 4 Auditions |
| Please note that we will be holding auditions for level 4 after registration on the
Saturday morning. (29th October, 10:30am, hall to be confirmed on registration). Nobody registering for level 4 is exempt from auditioning. Those registered for level 4 who do not attend the auditions, will be unable to attend the level 4 classes. Those people will be offered a place in the level 3 classes. No refund will be offered under such circumstances (It is YOUR responsibility to be on time for the auditions, which will only take place once during the weekend, as previously stated.) There will also be an opportunity for those people who register into level 3, to audition on the Saturday morning, for level 4. This is purely optional. If you intend only to participate on the sunday, and wish to take the advanced classes, you will have to attend the auditions on the saturday. The auditions are not as formal as you will find at other camps, we are including them simply to help you as well as ourselves. We wish for the advanced stream to be as hard work as I'm sure they'd expect, so the auditions are a good way for the teachers to get an idea of how you dance at varying speeds, and can pitch their classes accordingly. Please remember, these are not formal auditions, you will not be dancing out on your own. |

Additional |
|
Once you have registered for a certain level, you must remain in that level. Under no circumstance will you be permitted to attend the classes of another level (higher or lower). This will be policed via random** wristband checks throughout the weekend. After registration, movement between levels* will only be permitted upon consent of the camp organisers. Please note that this may only occur between workshops, hence not disrupting teaching. In such cases you will be asked to consider the level you wish to move into and made aware of the ramifications of such actions. Once you have registered for a certain level, you must remain in that level. Under no circumstance will you be permitted to attend the classes of another level. This will be policed via random** wristband checks throughout the weekend. *Movement from level 3 to level 4 after the auditions will not be permitted. **There's no way we can do it randomly, so team members will be patrolling each session to investigate. |
